Quark City is a mixed-use development located in Mohali, Punjab just south of Le Corbusier’s designed modern city, Chandigarh in India. The retail center is located on an approximately 7 acre site and includes 91,000 sqm (1 million sf) of area comprised of 430,000 sf of tenant shops, 120,000 sf of anchor store, a 1,800 seat multiplex cinema, 50 residential units, and a 200 room hotel tower, supported by 3,500 parking spaces provided on a three level, above grade parking structure, as well as in two basement levels.
