Master planning for the expansion of an existing 1.5 million square foot two-level enclosed mall on a 45 acre site. The expansion study looked at two main “zones” – a mixed-use district and an entertainment district. The entertainment district included upgrades to existing open air retail, adding new restaurants & entertainment tenants, as well as office and hotel towers. The mixed use district included a smaller grouping of new restaurants surrounding an outdoor park and play area and several types of residential units.
