The renovation of this 66,000 square feet Shopping Center located in the City of Visalia included building upgrades with the addition of new tower elements as beacons for the project recognition and new exterior finishes. A new modern signage program creates a better identity for the project and the creation of "Rest Areas" with customer friendly amenities and enhanced landscaping make the shopping experience livelier.
