Located about one mile south of the international airport in San Juan, this high end retail center is located on a 24 acre site. This center has approximately 400,000 sf of retail GLA on mainly two levels with a few Food & Beverage tenants on a third level to take advantage of the great views. BKBC Architects provided Master Planning and collaborated with other architects during schematic design and design development phase of the project. BKBC Architects also designed 3 multilevel parking structures which accommodate over 3,000 parking spaces and strategically located around the retail center for customer convenience and easy flow of traffic.
