The Mall at Wellington Green embraces its surroundings, incorporating the vernacular architecture of Worth Avenue, Palm Beach and Spanish Mediterranean villas. Its exteriors and interiors attempt to synthesize selective Mediterranean style elements from classic to contextual styles, providing a rich, graceful and memorable experience. The site for this 1.3 million sf two level enclosed mall was optimized without any left turns for the traffic, on approximately 100 acres in egg shape. The total site was around 480-acre, which provided opportunity for several mixed-use out parcels on the periphery and a large master planned residential development across the creek in the back.
