Located in the northwest of Columbus metro area, this two-level enclosed mall has close to 1 million sf of GLA with four anchors. Designed for customer convenience as main goal, the mall concourse meanders around several seating areas with rich landscaping and fountains. The floor plan has all the soft turns with 45-degree angles in the cut out as well as in lease lines. The ceiling was designed as a ‘layer on layer’ concept by creating multiple steps, which helps in reflecting the light and shadows from the polished stainless-steel clad surfaces.
