This expansion almost doubled the overall size of the existing mall to 1.34 million sf. An addition of 105,000 sf of retail GLA along with three new anchor stores was added to this very successful center. The total parking count was also doubled to over 6,000 spaces by adding two new parking decks with a total capacity of 3,000 spaces.
