This expansion to an existing 887,000 sf, 2 level enclosed mall includes 130,000 sf of new inline retail space on two levels anchored by a new Dillard’s store along with 1,500 new parking spaces at two locations - a new 4 level precast parking deck across the street from Dillard’s and 3 levels of parking below New Dillard’s store. BKBC Architects provided master planning and collaborated on Design with two other firms.
