Located next to the Tampa International Airport, this hybrid center has over 1.25 million square feet of premier retail space on two enclosed levels. Adjoining the mall is an outdoor entertainment retail area with restaurants, specialty shops and a four-star Hotel. The site was developed in such a way as to have over 6,000 parking spaces evenly distributed on the lower and upper level; providing convenient & direct access for customers entering the mall on each level. The layout of mall was very efficiently designed to optimize for leasable area and common area ratio of 70% vs 30%. The concourse design embraces an urban atmosphere, providing European style cafes with seating around the fountains and rich landscaping.
