This development study for a 23 acre parcel adjoining an existing shopping center, included 150,000 sf of entertainment anchors, 50,000 sf of restaurant grouping, 150 room hotel, 100,000 sf of office and 500 residential units. The planing objective was to create a new focal point/Main street with pedestrian activity zone, supported by both retail and residential use to keep it activated 24/7.
