An expansion of approximately 800 sf of area to an existing 1,800 sf house included a Master Suite, and a retreat on a new second level, and expansion of the existing dining room and nook. The new addition is stepped back from the front elevation and centered on the overall plan to make it part of existing house. The architectural features, materials, and detailing are made consistent with existing character of the house.
