A mixed-use development on a 117-acre site located between Tokyo and Narita international airport, this master plan was developed to be implemented in three phases. The first phase has 92,000 sqm (one million sf) of retail “Outlet Center” on two levels. Phase two includes another 92,000 sqm (one million sf) two level enclosed mall which would be connected with the Outlet Center through a large voluminous space for events. The third and final phase includes a five-star Hotel, few Residential towers and additional waterfront specialty retail space.
