As part of a 140-acre Master Plan for Santa City, this mixed-use center was planned on an approximately 11-acre parcel adjoining the Northwestern Highway. With a total building area of over 180,000 sqm (1.9 million sf) this three-level retail center includes approximately 60,000 sqm (650,000 sf) of retail space, a 1,400-seat multiplex cinema, a 500-room hotel, and 70,000 sqm (750,000 sf) of office space, supported by approximately 2,700 parking spaces on three levels in the basement. BKBC Architects collaborated with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM’s New York Office) for Master Planning for this project along with local firm Paranjape & Deshpande Architects.
