Located in the center of Dublin City, this 2.7 acre site is located on a quiet, less travelled street. The 28,000 sf single story building is designed in ‘C’ configuration to capture the children’s play area in the center and 15 class rooms rapped around it. The main entry / atrium is centered with double height and clear story to bring daylight. Two additional atriums are created at each bend to provide more interaction space in front of multipurpose rooms as well as to create a unique design feature with rotunda above. A total of 118 parking spaces are provided on three sides of the building with three entry points to ease the pedestrian and vehicular flow at peak hours. The architectural design is inspired by the nature with earth tones on the main façade with a sprinkle of bright primary colors added intermittently to create playfulness and unique design feature.
