Located in the Mission District of Fremont, this addition of approximately 2,500 sf on the second floor almost doubled the size of this house from 2,400 sf to 4,900 sf in total livable space. The ground floor was also remodeled by relocating the kitchen and creating a second frying kitchen as well as a nook area and a new restroom. The upper level addition has 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms and a multipurpose room.
