This existing 7,000 sf two tenant building had a two story office on one half and auto repair shop on the other half. Complete transformation of this old and dated building was achieved by completely redesigning exteriors and interiors and converted it in to two high end office suites. The interior improvements included removing an existing mezzanine, creating a new shared entrance lobby for the two suites. The exterior improvements included, two new entries, modifications to windows to create a consistent modern look and stone veneer to modernize the architectural character.
