The city of Sohar is located approximately 200 km north of the capital city of Muscat in the Sultanate of Oman. This 3-level enclosed mall has approximately 26,000 sqm (300,000 sf) of GLA and around 600 parking spaces on a 41,078 sqm (approximately 10 acre) site with a future parcel for multilevel residential building. Designed in a contemporary architectural style with detailing inspired by traditional Islamic elements, it features articulated facades with multiple undulations and decorative filigree to create the play of shade and shadows.
