Renovation of this 4 level retail center built in 2008 included re-strategizing and relocating all the vertical transportation, replacing the dome roof to improve the lighting levels and colors, replacing all the mall amenities, relocating and creating a new food court, relocating the mall concourse on lower two levels to better serve all the tenants equally as well as to create more smaller size tenant shops. In order to enhance the main entry created two signature restaurants on either side to give entry a recognizable feature and a new concierge deck in front of entry. Improved the vehicular circulation and parking in the basement as well created a visually enhanced connection to upper retail levels.
