A mixed-use development comprised of approximately 28,000 sqm (300,000 sf) of Retail, three office towers, a boutique hotel, a Mosque and a high-rise residential tower located next to main highway connecting the International airport with the central commercial district of Bahrain. Proposed in two phases where the first phase included retail on three levels over 3 levels of parking and office towers above and the second phase included a 56 story residential tower with associated parking underneath it. Several roof-top terraces were created on multiple levels housing several restaurants, entertainment venues, and other amenities as a unique feature of this integrated development.
