This mixed-use project consists of a veterinary clinic on the grade level with residences above and at the rear of the site. Located along a predominantly commercial street, this mixed-use project maximized the potential for the site by adding a residential element. By applying for a zoning variance, the project was able to achieve a higher level of density and provide the most value for the client. We were able to get four townhouses in the back and two residences over the 2,000 sf vet clinic in the front, all on a 16,000 sf site.
