A complete remodel of this three-building campus included, upgrade to front building-A of approximately 9,400 sf area with current accessibility standards, adding new elevator and making the second-floor rooms all habitable & accessible, enhanced reception and lobby area as well as upgrade to several bathrooms and dining & living spaces. Exterior improvements included, created a new entry statement, replaced all the windows and doors and created a more harmonious and coherent facades with two tone colors with trim around doors and windows.
