This project consists of 10 three story townhouses (single family residential units) on approximately 0.75-acre site located in Hayward, California. Each unit is approximately 2,100 sf in area with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a 2-car garage. The architectural character is inspired by modern California vernacular style with a variety of colors, finishes and textures providing a unique look to each unit while maintaining a cohesive whole. A group open space provided in the middle of the development with several outdoor amenities with lush landscaping.
