International Market Place is located in the heart of Waikiki’s fashion district on a 6-acre site in Honolulu, Hawaii. This three-level open air center has 350,000 square feet of gross leasable area anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue and a grouping of upscale restaurants on the rooftop garden. In order to provide the most convenient customer parking, a six-story roof top parking deck was designed containing 600 parking spaces. BKBC Architects provided Master Planning and collaborated on design with three other firms.
