This project consists of a single-family sub-division of 16 new three-story townhouses on an approximately one-acre lot located in Newark, California. Each unit is approximately 2,000 sf in area with 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ bedrooms and a 2-car garage. The design and character is influenced by a modern California architectural style with a variety of colors, finishes and textures providing a unique look to each unit while maintaining a cohesive whole. A group open space provides additional outdoor amenities for the residents with a children’s play area, seating area, and BBQ pits with lush landscaping.
