Fairview Heights is a collection of 40 luxury homes situated in the Hayward Hills with sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay in Alameda County. The houses vary in size from 3,500 to 4,500 sf on two or three levels. In order to be economical in construction cost a total of four floor plans were created with three distinct architectural styles providing 12 different elevations and color schemes. In consistence with the surrounding development on the nearby Hills, the architectural character was inspired by three distinct architectural styles, Spanish Monterrey, Italian Eclectic, and Mediterranean Villa.
