A densification study for a 20 year masterplan to add over 3 million sf of mixed use development to an existing 1,590,000 sf retail center located on a 110 acre site. The additional area includes several restaurants, entertainment tenants, hotels, office towers, and several residential buildings. A new transportation plan is proposed with shuttle service and several new drop off and picked up point for all the residents and visitors who will be using public transportation.
