The Del Monte Shopping Center is a five building, 45,000 sf center located on a 4-acre site in the City of Pinole. The complete refurbishment of this dated shopping center included removal of all wood trellises, several superfluous columns, and applied new exterior finishes and colors to freshen it up. Site improvements included new landscaping, seating/rest areas at several locations, parking reconfiguration, and upgrading the whole center to be compliant with latest codes and accessible standards. A new master sign program was created which included a monument sign and a roadside pylon sign.
