Tenant Improvements to convert an existing building into a new daycare center for 35 children. The project included all new interior finishes as well as the addition of a Director's Office and Kitchenette. An existing back parking lot was converted into a large outdoor plan area and the entirety of the exterior of the building was painted a new modern yet playful color scheme to reflect the daycare setting.
