This urban infill project is located in downtown Hayward within walking distance of the Bart Station. This grouping of seven townhouses, out of which two are two-story facing the street and five are three-story facing an internal courtyard, range from 1,550 sf to 2,400 sf and sit on a lot of 20,455 sf. Each unit has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and an attached garage. The design features are inspired by the California Arts & Crafts movement as well as Bungalow style. Private area for group activities is provided in the rear including a children’s play area and BBQ pits with seating area for the residents to interact with each other and provide a sense of community.
