Completely remodeled this abandoned assisted living building located on 0.4-acre lot in Vallejo, California. The existing single-story building’s exteriors and interiors were upgraded with new materials & finishes and expanded the total capacity by 8 additional beds. Interior renovations included upgrades to the living room, office, kitchen, all rooms & restrooms as well as hallways and common spaces. Exterior improvements included upgrades to the parking area, a new trash enclosure, and a new stone-clad entry feature.
