Two new detached ADUs were added to the existing courtyard of a 2 story, 50 unit multifamily apartment building on a 1.47 Acre site. Each single story ADU contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 1,170 sf. The ADUs include an entry statement with accent colors and metal roofing to make them distinct from the surrounding apartment building while remaining harmonious to the overall design.
